Who we sell to

Verified laboratories and research institutes only

SIA Rīgas Pētniecības Reaģenti does not sell to the public. An account is opened, and an order is shipped, only after comprehensive due diligence. A catalogue page is not an offer to sell.

1. 01The institution, not a personWe need the legal name of the laboratory, university, hospital research unit, government institute, or company R&D organisation, plus its registration or VAT number and the country where it is established.
2. 02A named buyer we can reach at workThe purchaser is a member of that institution. We ask for a role, a department, and an email on the institution’s own domain. Free webmail addresses are not accepted as the account contact.
3. 03Where the goods will actually goThe ship-to address must be the institution or its receiving dock. We do not ship to homes, parcel lockers, or virtual offices. A change of address starts the review again.
4. 04A research use we can understandTell us the laboratory’s field and the general purpose of the order. We do not need a confidential protocol. We do need enough to see that the use is research, not resale to the public and not administration to people or animals as a medicine.
5. 05Documents when the file is thinWe may ask for a letter on institutional letterhead, a purchase order, proof of the buyer’s affiliation, or the registration of the organisation. What we ask for depends on the country, the article, and the account.
6. 06Screening, then a decisionBefore the first shipment we screen the institution, the buyer, and the destination against sanctions and restricted-party lists, and against uses we will not supply. We may approve, limit, delay, or refuse. We do not have to explain a refusal where law or policy says otherwise.
